Some of the parts that create the sum of the Pilotwings experience would be an interesting fit for the Revolution control scheme as skydiving and pilotting a bi-plane through rings would be a difficult challenge to adapt to the remote. We're confident that if this rumor is true, Nintendo will not only do it, but do it so well it'll literally impress your pants right off of your body, fold them neatly, and tuck them away into a drawer.

Hey guys, appreciate the link...just letting you know that we are keeping this story a rumor for now. What I have been hearing is that EGM does indeed mention Pilotwings, but it is listed in the Rumor section of their magazine. Just giving you guys a heads up. Thanks once again for the link.

Hard to adapt? I don't think so. If a more original control doesn't work they can always fall back on using the controller like a flight simulation joystick for the biplane. For sky diving, the controller is the diver and tilting the controller will tilt the diver. For the glider the controller could work like a paper airplane like they did in the tests. Rocket booster? I have no idea, maybe the angle of the controller would change the angle of the rockets.

You are all forgetting nintendo first demonstrated the remote with a series of demos, the best of which had you controlling a plane by holding the remote like a paper aeroplane and whooshing it about.
I think from that you can safely say NCL has looked into developing a revolution pilotwings, and that this novel and very intuitve ways of controlling an air-craft will be implemented.
