Our earlier reports of a Rayman ressurrection left you all without a name for the game or any kind of information on the premise of the title. Well, the game has now been dubbed Rayman Raving Rabbids and some tidbits of information have been placed on the table. The premise of the title revolves around a group of uncontrollable bunnies whom threaten the very existence of Rayman's world. It's obviously up to him to stop them, through new abilities and the help of friends.
When asked to comment on the project, Sir Ancel said "After wrapping up Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie, the team here in Montpellier sat down to talk about having some fun with Rayman and his universe. We are running into a bit of a problem, though, because our game has been invaded by thousands of raving mad and vicious bunnies, who have apparently been preparing this assault since the very first Rayman game. We are now sending an SOS to all motivated gamers to help us get rid of them as fast as possible!"
I don't know about you fine readers, but this game is in my top 5 anticipated titles for E3. I cannot wait to get my hands on this and see in what ways Michel is going to push the envelope and improve upon what is already one of the greatest franchises in gaming history.

Now that I got that out, at first it looks awful for a game thats coming for all 3 next gen systems but if you look closer it kinda looks like thier using claymation.

the Reason it looks "awful" is because thats the Wii version. All the other next gen consoles are powerfull enough that you wont see many jagged polly edges.

I'm so glad Exo has seen screens and gameplay of the Wii. We might as well not have E3, we'll just listen to Exo tell us how everything is going to pan out this generation.
Bottom line, Wii will be able to do twice what the XBOX did, with a more intuitive control.

I was saying that its a pic of the Wii version (which it is) I was making a sarcastic remark, Im not saying it looks bad, Im saying its not what it would look like on ps3 or 360, like how the first poster made it sound.
then you through in the thing about inovative control, and i never even mentiond control. Seems like you guys are being all defensive now.
Im getting Wii, regaurdless of name or graphics as long as teh games are fun. once again You assume, and make an ass out of just yourself.

Who says it's a Wii screenshot? They showed one screenshot for a universal release, there's no proof it's the Wii version.
Furthermore, different does not equal bad. One glance at a Psychonauts screenshot will leave a bad taste in your mouth, when in fact it's one of the most graphically pleasing games of this gen.
And lastly, it's a MICHAEL ANCEL GAME. They may never push the highest polygons, but gods if they aren't great looking in personality and atmosphere.
Can't wait to hear more about it.

I say Wii is less powerfull, Not that its bad, and then you guys expload telling me how it doesnt make it bad, when I never said that.
I MERELY commented to the first poster when he said it was awfull, and then I said that "awful" screenshot was from Wii. Which is ironic because this Is revfanboy, and he basicly said the rev version looks bad.
Why do I say its the Wii version? because Rayman 4 has been anounced for next gen consoles, not current gen. and seeing as Wii is the weakest console ( NOT THE WORST YOU FANBOYS) it has the be the Wii version because the other consoles are way beyond that, those graphics wouldnt cut it for those systems, especially since people wouldnt spend 60 bucks for what looks like a current Gen game. Thats not something Wii will have a problem with, beause its about control.
That and, its pictured with a kid useing the rev controller. if you botherd to even read the original article.
Common sense is a wonderfull thing.
And in my opinion those graphics are good for what rev will be able to do, cause you probably wont be looking at the character models that close. Are they Ps3 level? no, are they bad? no

Let's leave all this arguing behind, I dunno if I'm gonna get this, I loved Rayman 2 for N64 so much. It was my favourite game for ages, but this, I dunno, I'm gonna see what E3 shows me. I don't like "Rabbids".

Its very clear that the screen shoot is current Gen. I am thinking for PS2 or Xbox. If you still have doubt that i am wrong on this look for yourself at the link bellow.
