Oh, the jealousy. Those lucky Wii-lovin' gamers in Australia can pick up one doozy of a pre-order bonus from none other than Toys R' Us: put down at least $50 on your future Wii console and you'll be treated to a free game. Details are still a bit scarce; it's unknown whether or not you'll get to choose the game, or what the price of said game might be, but who would turn down such a beautiful offer? One must wonder if similar deals might be arriving stateside in the coming months. Oh please please please please please.

Voucher for a free copy of Wii Sports, maybe? That's provided that Nintendo doesn't package it with the console.
If a deal like this comes stateside, I'll be getting a "free" controller or SD card, as I already intend on buying TP at launch and the money I save there with a free game will be applied to other Nintendo products ;)
Man, the Wii launch can't come soon enough.

In Canada it $250-$300 with two games and two controllers. Also at Toys R Us, has been that since right before E3.

I put a pre-order down a few days ago there - they had large signage at the front of the shop and all for it (along with the twin PS3 free game pre-order deal, which had more pre-orders already)
No hint of what they expect the final price to be, and they said that they expected the free game to be from a selection that will be announced.
The release date was also said to be 'expected in Novemeber'
A free game is a free game though :)
