Red Steel looks more and more stunning every time we see new images and art for it. We knew that being a ninja was the most bad ass thing on this planet but we never knew that it could look so amazing. Not even a pirate could say no to that screenshot.
Ubisoft is really pushing the envelope with this game (it helps that it is on such an amazing system as well) and we hope it it falls in line as one of the best Wii titles. So far, we see no reason to not be amped about it.

That rain effect is simply stunning. I'd mistake it for 360 if I didn't know where it came from.

Whenever my friends and I talk about this game, I mention how Ubisoft seems to continually update the graphics as it looks better and better with every new screenshot.
This only further proves my point. =)
And for those of you who keep whining about the old control scheme at E3 and how they really need to fix it - I don't think you should worry. They should get it straightened out, if they haven't already.

Wow, this game is looking HOT! I was worried based on early screenshots, where enemies had a distinctly cheesy, 2-D look - like an old Mortal Kombat game.
I'm definitely getting a Wii regardless, but recent screenshots are getting me more and more excited.

So does anyone know? IS THE SWORDPLAY 1:1 ? Or is it some geeky "Hack up / down / left / right then you unleash a POWERMOVE" kinda crap?
They keep saying "we didn't want anyone to have to learn to wield a sword to play the game.."
WELL I WANT TO! :)

The problem with all these ever-improving Red Steel screenshots is that I can't take them seriously. Not at a resolution of 1200x768 - a whole lot higher that the Wii can support. If they have no problems creating high-res "fake" screenshots just to make the game look better, who do I know they haven't added a lot of other stuff? How will those weather effect look at normal SD resolution? And if the game really *does* look this good, why confuse us with higher-res screenshots? And so on. That said, both Red Steel and Rayman 4 look promising - I just hope they live up to my expectations.

Hmm, I should either (1) get some sleep, or (2) try some proof-reading before clicking that submit button. In other words: Sorry about the typos and the flawed grammar in my previous post... ;)
