We welcome Nintendo's marketing blitz because it just means we get a lot of sweet video game footage disguised as ads. And we do like us some videos! But this ad for Marvel: Ultimate Alliance gets all the props for including Captain America's shield throw, since that's one of the first things we're all not-so-secretly dying to do. Check out the video, embedded as always after the jump.

The ad is well done for younger audience, during afterschool shows.

How many people were playing then? They all seemed to have a controller in their hands. Definitely looking forward to one very awesome game.

looks like you wouldn't want to sit close to someone while playin that game. Looks like several people almost got an elbow to the face or a backhand to the face the way they were jumpin around.
Not on my list of must haves. Maybe I'll rent it.

I love the Wii, and most Wii ads, but this just screams fake. It's too cheesy, much more so than any Wii ads we've seen before. Also, it doesn't have the 3D Wii logo "bow" at the end, which has been in EVERY Wii commercial I've seen so far... If this isn't a full out fake, it's at the very least not the final ad.
