Everything goes better with an eye-searing LED glow, yeah? All sarcasm aside, we have to agree that the Wii doesn't quite make enough use of its various hypnotic blue glows, so we can understand why spider2k of the Max Console forums decide to get into a little modding action with his Wiimote.Gotta be careful trying this one at home, though. One of the risks of being among the first to tinker with our favorite new toy is that said toy might get a little ragged in the process. Tragically, spider reports that the modded Wiimote may have been inadvertently damaged in the process of creation. Looks like it's still working, though, and that's what really matters.

Neat!!! But it likely drains the batterey... which is already a problem for the wii remotes.
