Fire Emblem is not like Ice Emblem in that it is, well, hot. When a small portal opened, leading to just a subsection of its fiery domain, we could not resist.
The official site for Fire Emblem: Akatsuki no Megami has opened for business, and yes, its entirely in Japanese. For your viewing pleasure, though, you might check out this bitchin' opening cinema, and some excellent box art. We're such suckers for box art. In any case, any FE fans out there owe it to themselves to journey to yon fiery realm. You won't be disappointed.
(And what the hell was Bahamut doing in that cinema?)

Whatever the hell he wants, I'd imagine.

Not to be a total correctness bitch (as i know it was a joke), but
The dragon you see in the opening movie is most likely Deghinsea, king of the dragon nation of Goldoa, who had only a speaking role in PoR
The possibility that i would see him in action in this game, fills me with anticipation

Aren't Dragons a staple of the Fire Emblem Series? I mean, come on, the (SPOILERS if you never beat the GBA games) last bosses in both GBA games (and I don't know about the GCN game) were Dragons. So Bahamut in the scene = Dragon most likely.
And what's with the low quality of the video? I would understand if it was a WMV/ASX or MOV file, but it's flash for heaven's sake.
Meh... interesting video to say the least. I hope Wiimote point and click becomes the new control scheme, because I remember IGN saying that they had to use the Classic Controller last time they played it.

I bought Path of Radiance used shortly after I got my Wii and I've been playing it non-stop ever since I first popped it in. I think I've almost played it more than Zelda:TP at this point. :P Granted, Final Fantasy Tactics is one of my all-time favorite games, so it's no surprise that this beautiful strategy RPG is sucking me right in.
