Yesterday, we posed a question regarding which of this year's so-called "Big Three" you would pick, if you had to pick (and we know it's tough!). Today, we're gonna do something similar ... but instead of using the biggest games of the year, we're going to look at the more creative side of things. We looked over the list of upcoming titles and want to know this: of Disaster: Day of Crisis, Forever Blue, or Project H.A.M.M.E.R., which one interests you the most? Again, this is an all-or-nothing, no halfsies sorta thing -- you have to choose just one. So which one do you pick?Wii Warm Up: Continuing the desert island theme ...

Project H.A.M.M.E.R because...well, its cool to bash things and its a new type of thing...so yea, but we have very less new on all of these, it's just that the sound of this reminds me of Dead Rising which i though would be a blast had it been on Wii

Disaster:Day of Crisis.
From the 30 seconds or so of footage that have been shown, this title wins me over. Possible shooting gameplay along with driving, running to escape and such just sounds fun. Also the graphics shown truely looked next-gen to me.

hammer looks boring. all the screencaps are the same. swinging a hammer will get old pretty fast.
the day of crisis trailer looks cool but exploring underwater environments online (if the controls are good) will beat that too.. just because its different.

I mean if you're stuck on an island, you probably survived a disaster that ended you there. Isn't it fitting to have Disaster with you then?
Anyhoo, Disaster for me as well. I'm quite psyched about this game actually.

I'm hoping that Nintendo pushes Monolith Soft to make Disaster to be a great game along the lines of RE4 and not another half-assed attempt at a mature title like Geist.

You'd think jumping on enemies and breaking blocks would get old too, but it doesn't ;)
My vote is for Hammer, because of it's first party status.

Disaster for sure, but from the looks of it I'll be picking up Forever Blue as well. Hammer looks like a wait-and-see for me.

Hm.....
-Project H.A.M.M.E.R. looks way to gimicky to be any fun for more than 20 minutes (then you kill yourself from bordem!)
-Forever Blue looks like there might be something to do for maybe 2 hours....then you try to use your game skills to catch a real fish and starve
-Disaster looks like it might be the only game of the bunch that would keep me interested long enough to get half way through the game....maybe even 3/4 =)
disaster ftw i guess?

Disaster - didn't pay it much mind when it was first announced, but I'm sort of intrigued now.
Forever Blue second - I'm a scuba diver. :D
HAMMER third - Kind of novel if obvious use of wiimote, but I just can't get interested in such a game until I've had a quick playtest to see if the gameplay is worth it.

I just don't do M games. So Disaster is possibly out. Nintendo will probably push for a T rating, so if that is so, i would make it my pick.

I'm going to have to tie between Project HAMMER and Day of Disaster, they both look cool in different ways. I just hope that Day... doesn't turn into just a run and gun..

This has me thinking about how Nintendo really needs to come up with a game demo channel to showcase great new games that are out. Obviously Wii isn't going to wow people with graphics alone, and Wii is such a kinetic way to play games, people really need to experience actual gameplay.
I'm not sure how it work, I guess when a new game comes out you could connect to WiiConnect 24 and download a short demo that deletes after a short time and isn't downloadable again.
I'm sure this has been suggested many times, but I think it'll be important to help sales of games that seem like they might be gimmicky, but are really a lot of fun to play.

Why is BWii not there? It'll probably end up being better than any of these others.
Of the others, Disaster has the most promise, since Forever Blue doesn't interest me and H.A.M.M.E.R. could get boring, but if they add some variety it'll work out well, Disaster for the epic scale and variety of gameplay has me interested anyway.
