Mobile Suit Gundam MS Front 0079 looks better with every screen and scan that we see, particularly considering what we have to compare it to. But looks aren't everything, and though we've been rough on Wii graphics lately (it's only because we love you, Wii!), the fact remains that Gundam games tend to be a love-it or hate-it proposition.Of course, it all may be a moot issue until or unless the game heads out of Japan, but that doesn't mean we can't look! See for yourself after the jump.

Ahh BanDai, always a worthwhile developer. I might give this a try
If late 2007 wasn't already completely swamped
Also, if i may ask... Is there a GOOD wireless B/G router out there that's Nintendo WFC compatible and DOESN'T have a default gateway of 192.168.1.1?
I'm starting to get pissed off by this IP Conflict...

Mr. Khan, why not just change the default gateway to 192.168.1.254?
As for Gundam and Bandai... Wasn't Budokai Tenkaichi 2 made by Bandai/Atari? Because graphically, it looked superb. And gameplaywise, it was most definitely perfect.

Wow.
I knew graphics were gonna improve, but I'm shocked. And I hope its not the small size of the screens either.
And shoot, makes it all the better for me. I mean, I played an older Gundam game on the PS2 and really enjoyed it, so I may get this.

@ Nushio
believe me, i've tried everything under the sun, the problem is that the router isn't stable when its not on its default default gateway (that repeat was deliberate)
it crashes about once a week, and will eventually i will have to change the default gateway again (now its 192.168.2.1), when i tried changing the latter 1, everything just got totally fucked up

Btw, am I the only one in the world who seems to be having this issue with his Wii: I can't seem to get my Wii to browse the Will Shop and Internet Channel but I can pull data on the Forecast Channel and News Channel just fine after I changed my router from DHCP to static. I'm running virtual servers at my home so I had to change my configuration for what I'm trying to do.
To get back on topic: the Gundam Wing Super Famicon game was the bomb. Hope that makes the VC one day.

I would love to see this end up being the game that finally shuts up the PS360 fanboys because it's just that awesome, considering that PS3 Gundam (Gundam Musou maybe?) game was crap.

I haven't played many Gundam games for fear of the very low reviews and for simply being so confused between the 32 Gundam different games that are released every month, but I've taken an interest in this one. Gundam Side Story 0079 for Dreamcast was very very fun, as a Gundam fan, and I hope MS Front 0079 can replicate that greatness.
It sounds like it uses the EXACT same sound effects as the Dreamcast game, for what's it worth...And it's missing the in-cockpit view of the Dreamcast game, so that's disappointing, but still, I hope this game doesn't disappoint.

Only 1 router should be the DHCP server, the other would just act like a switch/wifi bridge if you turn off DHCP Server feature. This is what you want to do.
This Gundam game looks good graphically, hopefully the plot is good as well as other gameplay elements. I'd hate for it to just be another Custom-Robo.

Looks nice, I just hope it controls well. I wonder if customization goes beyond just colour schemes?
