Hmm.. maybe she says "You're not trying?"
Seems to make sense.
Then again she could also be mumbling a pan-angry "YOU'RE DYING!"

I also thought it was "You're not mine.." Definitely doesn't sound like "Do not mind." Neither of them make much sense.

According to this site:

"If you've done well, she might offer praise but if you made a mistake, she will say 'do not mind', telling you not to let it trouble you too much and to try again."

I thought she was saying "Ew! Not mine!" because she didn't want to eat the food I just burnt. Stir frying is hard!

I know those blocks occur when the computer can't read the Japanese font, but how about some Webdings instead?

Sounds like Do Not Mind to me. You can hear the "du" at the beginning of Do, gives it away. Plus the official site confirms it.

she is saying "you're not mine" because she is your "mama" and she is disowning you because you screwed up the meal.

I seem to be a bit late, but it's really "Do not mind," which would be in line with how Mama acts, with lines in the DS version like "Don't worry; Mama will take care of it." or something like that.

She's clearly saying "Uwo Na Hime", which is Japanese for "When you're frying vegetables at that temperature, you need to apply more grease to the pan. Alternatively, lower the flame on the burner."
You're welcome.

These are what I like to think she says:
"Eww, not mine!" when you mess up.
"Good dog!" when you do a good job.
"Egg salad!" when you do excellent.
"Cheep going." when you need to finish.

She is indeed saying, 'Do not mind'.
This is just Engrish.
The Japanese sometimes would say 'Don't Mind, Don't Mind' when consoling someone for making a mistake.
They just seem to have used the extended version, as in 'Do not mind'.
