Nintendo Wii Fanboy

This week sees the release of a game many fans have been dying to get their hands on: Super Mario Bros. 2. Along with that game, comes a title we're pretty fond of in Ecco: Tides of Time and a game we could do without in DRAGON Spirit. Check out the video above and be sure to head past the post break for the rest of the coverage.


For as much as we love shoot-em-ups, Dragon Spirit doesn't do much to separate itself from the competition. It's just kind of bland. As such, we can't condone you spend the 6 smackeroos to download this title.


If we need to tell you what Super Mario Bros. 2 is, you're either a newly-acquired Nintendo fanboy or you're too young to have played the classic. Whatever your story may be, you need to download this game and play it. It's just too fun not to!


We played a lot of this game back in the days of the Sega Genesis, so we have a soft spot in our heart for the title. It really demands your time, though, so if you aren't down with sinking lots of it into a Virtual Console game, then you might want to steer clear of this. Everyone else, enjoy.
