Not content to release only five games this week, Nintendo has released a couple of bonus Virtual Console surprises in Japan. It's all stuff we already have, but we get the feeling Japan doesn't care. They'll be too busy tossing vegetables and getting inordinately creeped out by Phanto.Note to Nintendo: we will take extra Virtual Console games whenever you feel like giving us some.
- Super Mario Bros. USA (Famicom, 1 player, 500 Wii Points)
- Street Fighter II Turbo (Super Famicom, 1-2 players, 800 Wii Points)

So now that Japan has SMBUSA, when do we in the USA get the Lost Levels in their original Famicomy (as opposed to SNES/All-Stars) goodness?

Yah, seriously. It's not like SMB2jp has some huge translation issues... Nintendo's already shown via Wave Race 64 and some other games they're willing to dive into the code to change stuff, so how about it Nintendo? How about some SMB2jp love for us Amerikajins?
