Well I don't think I will be playing much of anything this weekend. I have beat prime 3 and just about any of the other games that have my fancy. I guess I am just gonna catch up on some VC titles maybe go and beat Super C.

I will mostly be catching up on the first season of Heroes since I bought that on HD DVD, but will get some time on MP3 and the online multiplayer for Madden 08 has improved significantly so I will play a few games online.

How have you beaten Prime so many times already? Is it shorter than it seems like it will be? -OR- Do you guys not have to work and/or are you guys just that crazy good?

I don't understand the urge to beat something so wonderful so quickly. I have been playing MP3 for an average of an hour a day since release day and savoring every second of it. I love exploring and looking around and taking my time. I honestly have no interest in "beating" the game. Rather, I wish it would never end.

For starters it wasn't as long as it should have been but man it is good. Second it took me about 4 days to beat it the first time around and after that it goes by much smoother. After you are about half way through your second time even the AI becomes predictable.

I'm with Monkey V Robot...was out of town last weekend for a wedding, so I only got in about 3 hrs of Metroid Prime 3 in. I'm about 47% through right now, going through the Pirate Homeworld tonight :-) I also need to finish up RE:4, maybe I'll break out some of that, though the control scheme is going to be murder after running and gunning with Samus :-)

Just started Veteran difficulty on MP:3, and yes it goes much faster when you don't waste time wondering around lost. Bosses seem much tougher on Vet, though. Sometime soon I have to take another crack at a 3-hour speed run on Super Metroid. Last time I missed it by mere minutes.

I'm still enjoying MP3.
I'm not a hardcore gamer (I have a job, other interests,etc.) Typically I like the more casual games, but I like MP3 as it reminds me of Marathon (any old skool Marathon fans here?). Although MP3 is addicting, I try to play just a little each day. I enjoy pausing from time to time to enjoy the view and the graphics, etc. I don't feel a need to complete it As Quickly As Possible. At this point I'm only about 26% through after about 11 hours.

I savoring every minute of Metroid Prime 3 that I can. I'm nearing the end and I don't want it to end. I'm playing it on Veteran and it's my first time through, I'm really enjoying it. The bosses are quite challenging. It is shorter then Prime 1, but I think I prefer Prime 3 over it. I can't wait to play it a second time through, and I need to unlock all the extras.

i am playing madden but i am having deep troubles with online. the lag time is so great that i drop back to pass and and think i throw the ball, but suddenly there is a defender on me before i get the pass off. is anyone else experiencing this problem? i even moved my wii closer to my wireless router. I am in my third season in franchise mode though. so if all else fails i will play some of that. the steelers are on at 1 pm sunday so i will be watching that.
