This trailer for Atlus' upcoming sequel to Trauma Center: Under the Knife (or Second Opinion, if you want) was only made available to IGN Insiders, but imagine our surprise when we found someone had uploaded it to a video hosting site, allowing the whole world to see. Naughty naughty.
The trailer is a tad bit on the short side, but shows some new gameplay features, as well as multiplayer surgery. All in all, looks like the game should be a blast.

It wasn't only for IGN Insiders, only the ultra-high-res downloadable version was. I watched it streaming on IGN two days ago, and I'm no insider.

I really loved the original DS version and then loved the Wii version more since it seemed that I could perform the operations more efficiently without having to to go to the corner of the touchscreen to tap my next surgical tool.
I can't wait to try out the cooperative mode. I expect the surgeries to be a lot more difficult. If it isn't, at least I will have tons of help to defeat that damned tetarti GUILT virus (I think that's what the triangular thorny virus was called.)
