The Wii is all about innovation and new gameplay experiences. Like swinging a controller like a tennis racket, or pantomiming cooking motions, or even standing on things. Sometimes, however, the innovation comes not in the interface, but in the content of the game, as in Petit Copter.
Petit Copter will allow you to experience something that you've hopefully never done: flying a tiny model helicopter around in a hospital. Of course, the tiny helicopter probably has an important mission to carry out in the hospital, so that's just fine. Only fly model aircraft in hospitals when you really need to.

Hopefully that picture is not representative of the final product.

I'm not sure if this'll scare kids in the hospital or actually make them care about getting healthier. Can't sleep clowns will eat me.

This looks like a complete rip off of Pilotwings 64 in both concept and graphics. Come on people, why can't third-party developers step it up a little bit?

Because not only do they have to jump ship they have to relaunch their Nintendo ship from square one. Although Nintendo has been diligently working through GameCube architecture into Wii, lots of third parties didn't even develop GCN engines.

This reminds me very much of Toy Commander for Dreamcast.

I think this is hilarious. It's like a hospital mod for Pilotwings 64. I don't know about you guys, but I actually think that's a very very good thing. I've always wanted to crash toy helicopters into sick and dying folks, or possibly a woman in the process of giving birth. And once you've gotten really into a couple Rogue-like games with DOS graphics, graphics will never bother you again. That's what happened to me anyway.

HAHAHAHA
Seriously, though, this looks really bad. Look at those triangles. I hope they don't release it like this. If they do, I'm sure many people will be just as enthusiastic as JC Fletcher was in his earlier post about it.
