Yes, Ghost Squad has a dual wielding feature, if you accept 'just playing the two-player game by yourself' as a kind of dual wielding. It looks fun, however it's achieved. It also has a number of other newly-announced features that may be of interest to light-gun game enthusiasts.
For example, you can turn the cursor off. Since the Wiimote is not exactly a light gun and its pointer doesn't always move as quickly as your hand, the game displays a cursor by default. But you can turn it off for point bonuses and a more authentic gun game feeling.
Second, to combat the extreme brevity of the arcade game (as with all arcade gun games), Ghost Squad features a level system that changes the appearance and enemy layout of the levels as you replay them, gradually increasing the difficulty of the game.

Hey that looks fun. I like using the dual controllers on Wii Play shooting so this should make my day.

This actually looks kinda fun, I like that you're able to switch off the cursor. Hopefully Resident Evil will allow for that option too. I'm sure eventually the cursor comes in handy but it almost feels like cheating to have it on.

The arcade game actually has the specified multiple levels too, but they're only accessible if you have a Ghost Squad arcade card

I think it's sweet that you can turn off the cursor and play classic light gun action. I never thought of calibrating the sensor bar to offset so that it registers where you're pointing on the screen.
I'm concerned about the length of the game. The hands-on says that it's got 3 chapters at around 10 minutes each? Yikes.
The only light gun game I've owned was Time Crisis 3 that came with two guns for $60 and I felt that was a waste of money because it was short and looked terrible. So I'm pretty sure Ghost Squad will be an infinitely better experience. Still I just feel like I might not be getting my money's worth. Maybe I'll wait for reviews.

I'm also concerned about length. Half an hour? Replay or not, if it's not a budget title I'll pass or wait t'ill i can get it used. But that's really a disapointment, they should just not be so lazy and add more levels.

They could definitely stretch the content with extra goals/achievements, or online multiplayer. I'm not sure I'd ever pay 50 bucks for it, but I might go as high as 30.
I remember when I worked at a movie theater, one time they forgot to lock the Area 51 cabinet, so you could reach in and trigger the coin sensors by hand. We would give ourselves 20 or 30 credits, then play with both guns for our whole lunch break. I actually got pretty good before our manager found out and yelled at us ;-)
