First day i get that game, i'm taking a crazy-ass picture, then importing to PC to be my avatar. Now and forever

I had hoped this mode would return in this game, as the Wii's capabilities mean that it will finally be useful (as opposed to the Melee one, a big fat waste of time and precious Memory Card space)

Yeah, it definitely isn't an alternate storage method, this is because he said that the pink is "still in development" but that it is another "trick" for this mode, so i would put in for Photo Channel cross-compatibility, like dumping most of Brawl from RAM and partially loading Photo Channel, full integration. and the online "send" mode is already listed

Ok, alternate storage is possible, just 'cuz he's being so absolutely hush-hush about it, but i don't think he would use the word "trick" to describe it

But i am sooo glad to find out that this will be integrated into the pause screen. Kickass

I don't think it is Photo Channel integration - as photos from SD Cards and the Wii Message Board are automatically loaded into the channel. It would seem a little redundant.

I think it has to do with using one of the Wii's specifications in a way that it wasn't originally intended. Remember the last feature he said that might not make it in - saving your controller configuration to the Wii Remote.

I really admire the logic that is going into everyone's guesses. I don't have a specific criticism of the nature of these speculations or the ideas presented, I just wanted to remind everybody to take Sakuri's translated words with a grain of microcube sodium additive because I have a feeling that the subtleties of saying things like 'trick' etc might not be as intelligible on their own terms in English as they would if we were not getting a translation. Thus it is harder to deduce what might be meant, and all potential hints are presented though a screen of translation.

I'm thinking its either a "Save Video Mode" or "Upload to Website" where people could view/rank/save them like the Bungie site.

a printer for your wii, in through the usb port

Well, a USB printer wouldn't be very effective, as they can stored on an SD card anyway. I think I'll be using this a lot, just because it would be a great way to make an awesome pc wallpaper. Alternate storage would be great, but I still am a little doubtful on that.

#12 (shamelessly!) stole my idea before I could post it. With the "Rate Mii" or whatever it is channel coming up, they might just have a "hottest screenshot" running contest and the pink button is "Submit". No?
