Oh, look, it's a collectors' edition bundle that probably won't leave Japan! What a fresh and exciting idea, Capcom! And it's for a Resident Evil game, too-- that series never has any promotional stuff!
This time, Capcom's offering a special "Expert Package" of Biohazard: Umbrella Chronicles (also known as Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, of course), which contains the game, a special full-color, 28-page book called Wesker's Extra Report ("For some reason, people have been trying to eat my head a lot. Conclusion: I am delicious.") and stickers! It also includes some white plastic thing. It'll cost 8,610 yen ($74), just $12 more than the non-bundled version.
Extras aside, we would love to choose which game we got with our Zapper. Japan gets this and a Ghost Squad bundle, whereas we get Link's Crossbow Training only. Japanese gamers can get the regular Zapper bundle and then also one of these, ending up with two games and two shells. We're stuck with multiple Crossbow discs.

Yeah, I'm gonna have to call foul on this, I'll still get the zelda package either way but I would like to have the option of one of these other bundles, especially if I do decide I need a second Zapper for some reason.

I haven't found any mention of Link's Crossbow Training in Japan yet. As far as I can tell, we only have a choice of getting the zapper packaged with Ghost Squad later this month and/or Umbrella Chronicles next month.
So, yeah, we do get a choice of game with our zapper, but I still would like to know if Link's Crossbow Training will be available over here. Otherwise, I might end up with 3 zappers (when I think I might only want 2 ... or maybe only 1).

Yikes- didn't think of that: being as TP didn't do very well in Japan (let's face it, is was like the Xbox of Zelda games in Japan), Nintendo HQ might not see 'Link's Crossbow Training' as the sales-inspiring pack-in that it would be everywhere else. Still, I doubt that they won't put it out. But I think they need a RE:UC or Ghost Squad zapper bundle here too, in the US, because I need to get two zappers and I'm not having two Link's Crossbow Training for no reason.

OK, this blows. this just capitalizes on the fact that Japan gets all the cool stuff, and we get the skin off the top of the barrel. I would personally be grabbing both the Ghost Squad and Umbrella Chronicles boxes. two zappers, two wicked games. But no......

So in canada RE:UC only costs $31.97 including tax, but no zapper and every preview of this awsome game, (which i bought today do to the fact that it shipped a day late to canada) had the zapper and i remember distictly that it would have one at E3 they promised that it would come with one and who wants links crossbow trainning anyway what a lame idea! and I need 2 zappers, 2 player game = 2 zappers needed. well at least nintendo sent me 4 of those lame rubber shells for the wiimote for free, they should send me 2 zappers for free.
