Okay, let's back out and start again.PAL gamers-- welcome to August of 2007! There we go-- burn. Of course we're kidding, and it's all done with love for our Fanboy friends in Euroland. The point is that the Metroid Prime 3 preview channel is now available in your region. Chances are you've already watched all of the videos featured on the channel, unless you've been avoiding spoilers. But now you can watch them on your Wii via a somewhat different interface!
Much like Super Metroid, just because you're getting it a bit later doesn't mean it's not awesome. Go enjoy some videos!

why cant they just release a game everywhere simultaniously (well apaer from counteries they need to do localization to) in this day and age why do we have to wait extra months for a game that is already out in another english speaking country. I now that sound racist considering alot of people in europe would want to play the game in their native tounge (not english) but you know what i mean. When they localize it to english they would do it for other european languages at the same time so why do we have to wait so long.

I would even play it though I'm German. In MP3 there will be subtitles anyway unlike most other games and in countries like the Netherlands there is no localisation at all. All they get is a Dutch manual. I really don't get why it takes so much time. Must be marketing reasons.

I am in the UK, and Metroid NOW NOW NOW! I think the reason they stagger the release is that the money made from sales in the US fund the marketing in PAL-Land. It smooths cashflow. But it is so annoying for us poor deprived Europeans (and Australians, Maddles :D), as teh internets means we still see all the promotion but can't buy the game! :(
