Soulcalibur Legends - want it to rock but won't buy it 'til I'm sure it does

The Simpsons Game Wii - Love the DS version but all the video I've seen of the 3d one makes me and my gf dizzy. Have to try it.

Ghost Squad - Glad its budget priced now but after getting the zapper and RE:UC do I really need another shooter?

medal of honor heroes two: im getting a zapper anyway(link's crossbow training looks great) and i need a good zapper game. the multiplayer looks great(i also need a good online game) but the first medal of honor heroes looked horrible and got pretty bad reviews.
i a kid and dont have steady income so i have to pick and choose carefully(i got my wii in april and i only have wii sports and three download games) brawl is a must
so the next game i buy has to last me till february!
my main question is do i really want my only games to be downloads, wii sports, and two zapper games? will that get old?

I was on the fence about Zack and Wiki, wondered if the hype was just that, but after great reviews I decided to pick it up and I'm glad I did.

I'm undecided about BWii. I don't have the money to buy it now so I have time to make a decision. Never played the first one, and I'm not usually one for RTS games, but it looks neat. I'll probably be getting it and SMG after the holidays. This time of the year is always a test of my self-restraint; so many good games come out, but I should be spending my money on others (3 birthdays + Christmas). Ouch.

I can't speak to the others, but I'd wait on TC:SO and SPM. Both are good games, but I got buyer's remorse at $50. I actually sold off SPM as soon as I beat it - odd since I usually keep my games. At $30 I'd pick them up though.

I'd recommend MP3:C at full price if you are a fan of the Prime series. Great controls and a general advancement of the series. Otherwise, go back and get Metroid Prime used for $5 to see if it's your style.

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. I love the story in Fire Emblem games, and I'm just not sure if I should pick this one up because I couldn't stand the gameplay in the last game. I mean, for what it is, being a turnbased strategy game, it's fantastic, but that's not really my thing.

I'm on the fence about the new Trauma Center, Link's See-We're-Not-Training-Kids-To-Shoot-Guns Training and the Simpsons game. I'll probably be on the fence about the CSI game if it gets down to about 30 bucks, too.

I'm not on the fence about Super Mario Galaxy and Zack and Wiki. But I haven't bought Z&W yet, and I'm thinking I need to do that before it turns into a Rez or DDR Mario Mix and costs me more money.

How can any of you be on the fence about Mercury Meltdown Revolution? It's $19.99! Major price drop? Are you gonna buy it for $5? MP2 at Gamestop is $26.99 used, and MMR has universal positive reviews. Very addivtive and fits the Wii-mote perfectly.

I love BW but am holding off on BWII for a possible future price drop, only because it was released within 30 days of LegoSW, RE:UC, SMG, GS, MOH:Heroes, Link's Crossbow & so much more.

I'm glad the game dirth seems to be over..... :)

I already have MMR. Best value on the Wii right now, and makes me a little embarrassed to have paid twice as much for Kororinpa.

Oh yeah, something else I'm on the fence about is GHIII. If it turns out the Wii's not getting downloadable songs, I'll probably wait till I buy a 360 after the next round of price drops.

I'm a bit unsure about Brawl. I know it's going to be a very popular game but I don't live near many people who would play it which kills any chance of friendly competition. My sister has been playing Melee with me for years and I don't know if I can justify a $50 price tag on a sequel when we still play the predecessor fairly often.

I'm also debating whether I should get Sin and Punishment for the Virtual Console. I love Treasure's 2D shooters but I have never really enjoyed any rail shooters. I think I may end up getting it if I get a Wii Points card this holiday season so as to support the localization of more previously Japan-only games but otherwise I'm really uncertain.

I was initially excited about Soul Calibur Legends when it was first announced but as time passed I couldn't really see myself playing the game very much; I fear it would be one of the games I buy but never end up playing. I'll await reviews.

Kiki Kai World is on my list of games to look into but I have no bloody idea if I'd really want it or not when it becomes available.

Mario and Sonic: The game's a walking fanservice, but is there enough actual game there?

Wii Fit: Really depends not on this game's actual merits (it looks good for what it is) but for how much other use the Balance Board is going to get

Umbrella Chronicles: I'm not an RE person, but a friend of mine wants me to buy it so i can get good and we can co-op together, and i would, because it looks awesome, but i don't have the time in the foreseeable future

vid: I'm not a huge fan of those kinda games anymore either but I liked the first Battalion Wars game. There were a few control issues I didn't like (well not control issues I just wished I could do some things that the controls wouldn't let you do and also I didn't like it when I would do things like call a group of guys to my position on accident). I'll definitely be getting BWii.

FX-1: You're still on the fence about Exite Truck? Don't be. You can probably find it used. It's quite fun. It's fast paced and the controls are great (might take a few games to get them down but they're more fun than most driving games IMO). I still play it so I'd say the replay value is pretty good too.

@6 Metroid is waste of money. Unless you are Metroid fan. I'm very disappointed. I have tried (and got bored to death by) Fusion on GBA and MP:H on DS - and MP3:C has literally 0 (zero, zilch, nill) of new material in it: the very same overboring adventure with the very same list of deficiencies.

I'm on fence for cheaper Avatar and Alien Syndrome.

/me want more RPG and shooters.

I was on the fence about Dewy's Adventure, but I ended up buying it.
...kinda wish I'd have stayed on the fence. It's not bad, but there's absolutely nothing about the game that makes you want to come back for more.
I've been curious about Excite Truck for a while now, but the damn thing is STILL $50 bucks! I can't bring myself to spend that much on a racing game like that. Mario Kart, sure. Excite Truck? No.

For upcoming games, I'm going back and forth on Geometry Wars and Mario & Sonic. I'm just not sure they're going to be worth the price. Definitely time to finally get off my duff and sign up for that Game Fly subscription.

I'll buy SSBB and Galaxy at full price for sure; Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 will also almost definitely be a full-price as I love the first one, but I'll probably hold a week or so for a review to make sure it doesn't completely mess up. Soul Calibur Legends is my most on-the-fence game, for many of the reasons mentioned here. Guitar Hero is also on-the-fence because of the high price tag and the immediacy of needing to find $100 for Galaxy and Rabbids first! And if it doesn't get d/l content, I'll probably also wait until the next round of 360 price drops, and pick it up with a 360 then. Oh, I'll also be picking up Big Brain Academy, but I don't think $50 is justified, so hopefully that'll drop to $30 (or 40, so the used ones are 30) soon.

I think Metroid is amazing but Dewy's Adventure not so much. Still gonna keep it and come back another time

I'm on the fence now about MOH:H2 because of Call of Duty 4 coming out for 360 and all the other new games and RE:UC which I've heard bad things about so far. If RE gets good reviews than ill prolly get it because i loved RE:4. I'm definitely picking up Galaxy and Ghost Squad

- Battalion Wars 2
Initially, I was sold on a sequel to BW. But the lack of online voice chat has soured me. I will eventually get it, but not on release day (whenever that is in Aus).

- Soul Calibur Legends
I WANT it to be great. Soul Calibur 2 was great. Legends? Looks like a mindless, "waggle the Wii-mote to attack" hack and slash adventure. I am nowhere near sold on this one yet.

- Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga
Having never played a previous LSW game, and hearing all the good things about LSW, you'd think having all the previous games in one package would make this an instant purchase. Not yet. I'm so close to being sold on Complete Saga (the Wii version does look good - no online though :() - but I'm not [i]over[/i] the fence yet.

Definitely getting Brawl and Galaxy. Shoot, I'd get a job just so I could get da money to get brawl (I'll probably get galaxy for xmas or my bday) I'm on the fence over Guitar Hero III; even though I love those games, it's too freakin expensive.
