MP3:C,SPM,LOZ;TP were all great games. And that eventhough all three were delayed they came through. Does nintendo have a trend going on?

Super Paper Mario was one of the most fun, but Metriod Prime 3 and Strikers Charged actually looked and felt like they were made for the Wii. Also, I have heard many, many people rave about RE:4 and Twilight Princess, but I have yet to play them. The only game I have played on Wii thusfar that I didn't like was Mario Party 8.

I played through Prime and Twilight Princess. I play a ton of Wii Sports with my girlfriend, but I think the game that gets the most play is MLB Power Pros. In terms of play time? Power Pros, Wii Sports and Guitar Hero. (My list is at least original!) If you ask best overall game though? MP: Corruption far and away.

I haven't bought Metroid, and haven't had time to unwrap MMR yet, so I'm gonna have to go with Wii Sports, Zelda and Elebits.

I wish there were some real shooter not watered down by left stuff... (That's a stone I throw in face of long-awaited yet-very-disappointing MP3:C)

S/J/RPGs are also amiss.

Best game on Wii IMHO is Z:TP. Modulo boss fights of course: I haven't finished it because N boss fights in row is way too much bore to me. Rest - action, quests - were all good.

and here in the uk we dont have zack and wiki yet but i imagine that woudl possibly be challanging for a top place too.

Wii Sports, Guitar Hero III and Trauma Center: Second Opinion are my top three. I'm not saying I didn't enjoy Zelda and the rest but these are three that I consistently play over and over again.

resident evil 4
zack & wiki

i own metroid and really got into it in the first few days, but after buying zack and wiki i haven't picked it up again. with galaxy next week, it might be awhile before i get back at that one...

My 3 best games for Wii so far are:

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption - great gameplay and beautiful graphics
Legend of Zelda: Twilght Princess - loads of fun on a long adventure
Wii Sports Bowling - this is the game that is still fun 1 year later

This will likely change when Galaxy, Godzilla and Mario Kart come out...but for now these are the besteses.

Twilight Princess was good. I haven't played galaxy yet, but I'm sure that will take the top - and of course, there's always Brawl - which is shaping up to be the best game of all time.

- Super Paper Mario, although since I finished the story, I haven't done much item collection... theres so much!

- Sports : Still gotta love the bowling. And two pros playing tennis can be immense.

- Probably Scarface : its just really satisfying driving and shooting (drivings far better than Driver:PL). Always seem to go back to it.

...Also really love Excite Truck and Kororinpa for joint 4th. Oh and Strikers, haha.

Actually I would prefer a good solid RTS. Even an old port. C'mon, even Earth 2150 on the Wii would be good. *goes off to play Red Alert with his wiimote*

1. Excite Truck - pure fun and arcade action that anyone, parents included, can play
2. The Godfather - open world with a few RPG elements makes this title very deep and fun
3. Metroid Prime 3 - a lovely vision of how the Wii can improve the FPS genre; needed more action though

Good to see some other people agree with the Godfather, as that game was surprisingly fun. I enjoyed it more than GTA due to the system of taking over shops and rackets.

I tow the NWF line -- those are my 3 exactly.

If I had caved and bought RE4, though, it would probably have knocked SPM off the list -- I liked SPM, but not as much as the prequels. RE4 was hands-down the best Gamecube game at the end of its life (please don't make me pick between LoZ:WW and RE4!), and I suspect that it would holds its own on Wii as well. One of these days when I have more game time away from my 2-year-old, I'm sure I'll crack and get it.

Twilight Princess, Fire Emblem 10: Akatsuki no Megami, and Trauma Center: Second Opinion. Those three games are the reason I bought the Wii and I've not been disappointed.
