The Japanese releases are by no means bad, and, in fact, there are some games that will genuinely interest people, like the first King of Fighters and the first console Goemon game, which would lead to the beloved Legend of the Mystical Ninja. Then there's ... the "Sega Club" educational Ecco sequel, and the Wonderboy game with yet another character swap. Poor Wonderboy. Why couldn't he ever star in two console versions of the same game? Dynastic Hero is actually another version of Wonderboy in Monster World, which ... is already on the VC. Interesting choice for one of the first CD-based PC Engine games on the VC. And by "interesting" we mean "a terrible waste."
- Ganbare Goemon (Famicom, 1-2 players, 500 Wii Points)
- Ecco Jr. (Mega Drive, 1 player, 600 Wii Points)
- Cho Eiyuu Densetsu Dynastic Hero (PC Engine CD-ROM, 1 player, 800 Wii Points)
- The King of Fighters '94 (Neo Geo, 1-2 players, 900 Wii Points)

I love Wonderboy in Monster World so much that I thought I might pick up Dynastic Hero just for collection's sake. I mean I bought Dragon's Curse for that reason. However, I didn't realize that the only sprite changed was the hero. That is a waste of space after all.

"Red Carpet"...Are you kidding?
Samurai Showdown, Cybernator, and King of Fighters. Those are top games that we are denied.
Unless these games are released by next week then
I'll...
Then I'll...

Why do they put such horrible fighting games on Virtual Console? King of Fighters 94? The other day my roommate bought Fatal Fury (yeah the first one). I mean seriously, these games are so primitive they're almost impossible to enjoy. They could have at least gave us KoF98 and a slightly more modern incarnation of FF (one that has more than 3 characters and doesn't play so sluggishly).
