Cheapy D over at CAG got his hands on one of the recently-released Wii Fit packages and did what any responsible gamer would do: filmed himself unpacking it. In opening the bad boy up, he reveals that the components are a lot smaller than we would have imagined. In all, though, it's a sweet video that should give all of you the look at the device you want and need.

...I'll definitely be sure to use it as a shield... But I doubt it can shield me from bullets like the original Xbox could. :D (not dissing, I loved how bulky the original Xbox was)

If I remember correctly, the US version is supposed to be slightly larger than the Japanese version. And, this was not a reflection of the girth of Americans, but rather the small size of Japanese living spaces.

Yeah, Miyamoto said they were looking at if an 'American Sized' version was appropriate, just for that reason. It isn't clear right now if they are going that direction or not. But it seems pretty big to me: much larger than a typical scale. I assume that 'Da Hinkster' is referring to the size of the board and not the size of the game box, lol, as that is the only other thing really in the box. Oh, and batteries, sweet sweet free batteries of love! I have four rechargables left over after getting a Wiimote Nyko Charging Dock, so I immediately knew where THEY were going lol.
