Wow. Just ... wow. That is an amazing piece of art and to think it is made from just paper. That's the kind of piece we would pay good money for, but lucky us we don't have to. See, the instructions to make our very own Thwomp (Super Mario Galaxy version) are available online.
Any of you out there planning on making your own? Any of you successfully make one?

Made one, wasn't too bad, just need an exacto and a gluestick. I'd recommend using matte photo paper 'cause the colors come out more vivid and it isn't as flimsy as normal paper. Also if you want it to look like the pic, print it in grayscale, otherwise you get a blue face with red eyes. Pretty cool, thanks for the link!

Finished one is 4 1/2" high by 4" wide. Makes life easier if you score the dotted lines (just kinda scratch them with the exacto so you dont cut all the way through so it makes it easier to fold). Wow, guess all that art school was worth something after all = / lol
