Over the years, the games industry has developed the irritating habit of cramming all of its best software into the last three months of the calendar year. The inevitable result of this is the dreaded post-Christmas lull, whereby the first quarter of the following year is severely lacking in noteworthy titles.Despite this trend, Q1 2008 content on the Wii looks good. Like, really good. And as if No More Heroes, SEGA Superstar Tennis, The House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return, Harvest Moon Heroes, SEGA Bass Fishing, and some Nintendo fighting game you may have heard something about weren't enough to placate the Wiimote-wielding masses, now GameStop has Rockstar's Bully: Scholarship Edition listed for a U.S. release on March 3rd.
Which is awesome news, if it turns out to be true. Now all we need to do is convince Take-Two that the Wii is worthy of receiving some GTA lovin'.

Okami isn't that Q1? Or early Q2? Anyway, I hope Wii Fit is still early 2008 here. GTA? Not so much... for me anyway it's just a hardcore gamer's game, and a much different type of 'hardcore' and 'gamer' than me.

I'm not sure if GTA is a hardcore gamer's game...
I'm sure it has parts that hardcore gamers love, but overall it's just a "gamer's game"... one where casual gamers and hardcore gamers can enjoy it a bit.
... but yes, it's a very different kind of style of game...

If this sells amazingly well on Wii then they will port GTA over. It won't be GTA IV but it will appear on the Wii in some form.
As for this game. I can't wait for it. I rented the PS2 version and played about four hours of it and I loved it.

Well.... When a game gets pushed back to the first quarter of the next year everybody whines and complains. Nintendo usually has a few good titles to release early in the year.. Mario Kart DS was a good one... This year we'll get a new Super Smash Bros...
