A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, Factor 5 turned their noses up at the Wii and said they didn't really feel like working with "GameCube 1.5." Well, now they've changed their tune and have confirmed that they've got a game underway for the system ... and it's not a Rogue Squadron game (or even a take-off), and it's not for the Virtual Console. Apparently, the game is "all new," so the possibilities are wide open. Feel like speculating over breakfast? We hardly know where to begin!
We are curious, however, if this also means they're picking up other projects for the console. It seems likely.

I'm willing to bet Factor 5 will be releasing games on the Wii within the next two years.

glad they changed their tune because now wii owners will have more options beyond the capcom/nintendo games. we all know that the squad did well on the cube n factor5 will push the graphic capabilities of the wii.
hopefully this will curb the low attach rate.

support ur wii, buy more games

Everyone knew that eventually all of the companies complaining about the Wii would eventually join the bandwagon since all of the money is currently surrounding the Wii and not the flop called PS3 or the now stuck in limbo since Halo 3 was released Xbox 360.

Lair 2: God bless us we're trying?
No, seriously, it will probably be good, Wii would have been better suited for their motion-controlled vision anyway
A factor 5 game and a Barlog game in the same day. Makes up a little for Brawl's delay (sob)

Factor 5 released a whopping 2 games for the Gamecube and 3 for N64, all of which were Lucasarts properties. And I see a pattern of mediocrity outside of these licenses for other platforms, if not worse.
I don't see this decision as that great. Think about it: they're going to the Wii after the Lair failure because it's cheaper to develop for. They can't afford, more than likely, to develop another 4 or 5 project for the PS3 or 360. People have assumed elsewhere that Factor 5 will push the Wii's graphics.
Believe it when you see it.
