Today's portion of the discussion focuses on the music of the game. With over thirty different games to pull tracks from, the music in the game is almost as important as the character roster. And with new arrangements of classic tunes, as well as the option to pick from multiple tracks on each stage, we imagine the task of incorporating what Sakurai felt to be enough music was brutal, to say the least. Still, we're glad they put the effort in, because that surely means this will be the greatest game ever made.

I will stick to the fact that this is fake, or the roster is not completed. In a Japanese article people compared Melee to Brawl, and some credited Famitsu source says that Brawl will have 48 characters, compared to Melee's 25. Also, there's no way that Sonic and Snake are the only two third party characters. Sonic would have been the prime announcement for when the game came out as a third party, and he was announced 5 months before the game's release in the US on March 9th.
Plus, gametrailers even made a fake roster. What's stopping somebody else from doing it?
Does anybody else think this is fake? Or at least really shitty?

It's missing at least one character, but that roster's real. Aside from Toon Link I'm quite happy with what's been shown so far; I think most people are just disappointed because the most requested and most outlandish characters were revealed a while ago as opposed to being unlockables. And I guess disappointment's one thing, so long as you're not going to be a GameFAQs idiot calling this game Melee 2.5 and garbage because it doesn't have Cloud.

Oh not at all, I'm just saying it sucks that all the characters you unlock pretty much are veterans.
Plus, ROB is gay. I didn't like that he was in the game.

I can't say if that image you posted is real or not, but I'm not disappointed by that roster. I don't think that it improves the game by just throwing new characters from 3rd party games in. The game will be awesome because it's got great gameplay, not because it descends into the hell of rabid fanservice.
The game comes out in 2 days in Japan. There won't be any more 3rd party characters in the game. Deal with it.

Honestly, can we keep the spoilers to the spoiler post? I'd hate to think that someone could have their enjoyment spoiled by discovering unlockables beforehand.
