A few new screens from the upcoming Sega Bass Fishing have surfaced, showcasing this idyllic location, as well as something a little more important to gameplay: fish! Frankly, this whole thing has us hankering for a vacation. A picnic on that lawn, a little fishing, some leisurely walks around the grounds ... anyone else feeling it? You can sign on for this virtual vacation late next month.

If this was a budget release I'd feel oddly tempted to pick it up.....it looks like a 1 hour game or like endless ocean - camera + rod......hmmm....

1hr game, huh? Amazing how almost 10 years after it was released, the original Sega Bass Fishing on Dreamcast is still one of the most played games in my household (but I only own a Wii, Xbox, PS2, Dreamcast, SNES, Sega Genesis and NES). If this game is even half as good as that one, it'll still easily be the best fishing game of the last 5 years. I'm with you bloggers all the way on this one and I'm dying for some Sega Bass Fishing(especially after paying full price for the mediocre hunk of garbage that was Hooked: Reel Motion Fishing).

I'm ready to "Get Bass." It looks good. The picturesque settings give me the same peaceful feeling that playing HotShots Golf 3 did. I'm totally down with some serene game-play.
