It saddens me that the article barely even recognizes the release of an adventure game on the Wii. Agatha Christie is a decent PC adventure series (3 games released so far), now coming to the Wii. That can't be a bad thing.

Me too. This release bodes well for the future of REAL old-skool style adventure games. (Sorry, I like Zack and Wiki, but IMO it's not really an adventure game. More like a puzzle platformer.)
Hopefully this will be successful enough to rate some sequels.
And, guys, where's the screens for the Agatha Christie game? I know this is a blog and everything, and meant to cater to a specific audience, but just because YOU aren't personally interested in something doesn't mean it's not worth talking about. At least take into account the possibility that your audience's interests might differ from yours.

I'm actually kinda interested in that Agatha Christie one, much moreso than the others. I would really love a good Mystery/Adventure game. Don't know if that one fits the bill or not, though.

I guess what I mean is, I want a game that lets me solve a mystery, in an open-ended way, without being led by the hand all the way through it.

Some of you might hate me after saying this, but i might look for Manhunt 2 for cheap. I rented it and liked it. It's taken me this long to play it, I might as well beat it. I also am trying to beat No More Heroes on Bitter. I'm to poor to buy anything before Brawl. I still have to find a job. :(

This week I will be spending more time diving in Endless Ocean.
If there's an EO sequel, I pray that franchise characters will be the ones coming by and requesting dive tours. I'd like to be a guide for mario or peach or others.

Man, this looks like a really interesting week. I'm almost definitely going to pick up Destroy All Humans, the game looks so fun. Agatha Christie looks pretty good too and I'm surprised (in a good way) to see some positive comments already posted. The fishing game is lowest on my list, but I want to eventually pick up something just for my dad to play. I hope it turns out to be fun.
