If you ask us, the soundtrack for the game is looking pretty damn sweet. Then again, this blogger has a musical taste that is often disliked by the norm, so many of you may hate the track list. But, don't worry too much: supposing bands like LCD Soundsystem and Dinosaur Jr. don't do it for you, there's also a lot of good bands on the soundtrack that are more well-known, such as The Cure, The Cars, and Modest Mouse.
To feast your eyes on the full track list, make sure to check past the break.

Well, I personally have only heard of 7 of the artists on the soundtrack and I don't like most of them. I probably won't be buying this game anyway, so it's of no importance to me.

i reckon 'bout everyone will recognize the w.a.n.d. by the f'lips. that's the song in those funky dell commercials with the red car, green boa, and white asian guys making a kung fu movie or something.
also, i like the hold steady pick - they make good rock music.

Pretty good list. I'd rather have Ian Hunter's original version of Cleveland Rocks, but other than that I am impressed (good call on Battles and LCD Soundsystem).

hahaha! I can't believe they're throwing a Jay Reatard song on there! I think that track is one of his longest, clocking in at ~3 minutes. I'm guessing a lot of people will skip that track, its fairly abrasive.

Awesome to see The Flaming Lips in a game soundtrack. Unfortunately, it's a baseball game. Now if they can get some Lips in Rock Band, I'd be overjoyed...

they have a few good bands in there (Modest Mouse = WIN) but my taste in music is, for the most part, even more indie. now if only good music was in guitar hero/rock band...
