Goo up your torso for a couple bucks at Target

Unfortunately, it seems that these shirts have already been pulled from Target. Better start checking Hot Topic or Urban Outfitters, as your odds of finding them for sale is apparently higher there.
For what it's worth, I agree that a couple of these shirts do kick serious arse.

Tower of Goo was an indie game that has developed into World of Goo - which will be gracing the Wii sometime this year. Personally, I'm hoping the shirts haven't suddenly been pulled, since I was planning to check the local Target when I had the time (as terribly unlikely as it is that they'd have them in my little college town).

have they really been pulled? that's lame. i thought it was some special promotion thing they had going on for indie developers as stated in the link. i was gonna go pick up one tomorrow cuz they look pretty cool too. i assumed that they were the computer versions of the games. i'll check tomorrow to see if they have any and report back here if i remember.

Remember Travis Touchdown?
Was Suda criticising the baseness of our society by implying all young men care for are frivolous things such as videos, games, and t-shirts? I know some people got it. Or am I wrong.
Anyway, this post just brought the thought up.

The game was meant to be a critique of social issues (beyond its general zaniness), as opposed to Killer7, which was supposed to be a political critique
However, if there's criticism in there, i can't find it. I may hazard a guess that Travis was meant to mock the all-American nerd, but I don't really know

I can't wait for world of goo to come out on the Wii. I've already pre-ordered it on the PC.
Does anyone know if its going to be retail or a WiiWare game?

Target is always picking certain parts of the country to serve as test sites for certain t-shirt graphics. California ended up having some locations to test in.
I only know of this sort of thing because I used to make shirts for retail stores and had a few test at Target.
If you guys get lucky, the shirt will sell well enough at the test sites and be brought into more stores.
PS:
They only test small amounts of some of them, maybe this shirt has already sold out... which is a good thing.

i actually saw these shirts when i went to go buy brawl at the target on that list in cerritos. i was going to buy the tower of goo one, but that baby blue color stopped me from doing it. if i go to that target anytime soon i'll report back if they still have them although march 9 was awhile back so well see. also does anybody who reads wiifanboy live in southern CA? if i would have known you were interested in these shirts i would have snapped up a picture and sent it to you.

Kohls often carries a large variety of Wii, Nintendo, and Xbox 360 shirts for around $10 each.

If you're in Australia, Jay Jays has a lot of Nintendo tshirts (along with other stuff like Transformers, Voltron, etc).
