I like the style but Ubisoft needs to stop using that as an excuse for a low poly count. Red Steel was acceptable. No More Heroes was artistically great, but technologically dated. This just looks like crap.

Those environments do look horrible. The roads look good, and the vehicle models are pretty neat too
Seeing it in motion would really sort out some questions, though

I like that screen, but the name and concept only bring back images of those titanically-footed Rescue Heroes figures.
I liked the firefighter, with his huge mechanical axe.
