I think that I'm going to fit in some GH3, some house of the dead, and maybe, if there's time, I'll throw in some Alien Syndrome as well.

I finally finished Mario Galaxy this morning, but I still gotta get all 120 stars. I might also fit in some Zack and Wiki.

I've been playing A Link to the Past lately, so I'll probably spend some quality time with that.
And I'll continue my quest to suck less at Brawl, too.

I'll probably replay Harvey Birdman and NMH before Nintendo blocks Freeloader with the forced update that will probably come along with Mario Kart next week.
I hope I'm wrong, though.

I've been getting into zack and wiki again, so hopefully I can get farther in that. I'm cleared the fire dragon boss with it's kid last time I played, so I'm looking forward to seeing what awaits me next.
I'd like to fit some more Smash time in to unlock more stuff, but Guitar Hero has been taking my time as of late as it's a more enjoyable single player experience. Sigh, I still need to get back to Galaxy, too. That really is a wonderful game, I've just not given it as much time as it's begging from me. I like weeks like this. I know it's all about how many games are on the system, but weeks like this actually give me time to play the ones I already own instead of a new game stealing their spotlight lol.
I'll tell you what games I'm not playing: Need for Speed Carbon, Red Steel, and Nights. All three of those games have had been pretty much been deemed as "stupid purchases". I would like to play some of my older games again though like Elebits and Metal Slug :)

Nights, aka the best game on the Wii, was a stupid purchase?
How can you say that? You have a Saturn avatar?
:(

Nights on the Saturn was wonderful.. the Saturn was my baby, I loved that system.. still do.
But they really messed up the "magic" of the game on the Wii. I'm sorry, but the voice acting really turned me off.. especially for Nights himself. That and the levels weren't that great.. very few classic levels and most was filler that was pretty easy/boring. Another thing that frustrated me was when I died i had to restart ALL the levels. I'm sorry, but that was my last straw when i hit the card boss. I've played all those levels far too many times to try to just beat the boss. Nice try, was nice to see a nights game, and for it to come to wii, but... i was ultimately disappointed. I'm hoping sonic unleashed does a better job , and maybe coming out with a new Virtua-on game or daytona usa game for wii would just tickle me giddy :)

Virtual-on* sorry , bad typo.
I wanted to add too that even the classic levels werent as imaginative. Some awesome stuff was done to vary the levels on the original Saturn game, and I didn't see that same sense of originality on this one.

I will agree with you, that Card Boss was the boss from hell
I broke my brain trying to figure out the hint about the cards, so I just started randomly opening holes with the paraloop while the cards were attacking until i saw his shimmery outline
That boss blew

One of the worst things about Nights was that the damn thing was just too short...i beat it in like 2 hours with each character...
and i'm on board with you, the voice acting was atrocious
the only good thing about the game were SOME levels and a nice story/plot, and GREAT music

no offense.. but 2 hours with each character? Sounds like you were playing the Saturn version, not the Wii version. Either that or I must suck as a gamer... yeesh, 2 hours...I really doubt that bud. O_o

I haven't been on the Wii lately but I'll be back to it soon to finish SMG and start MP3:C, which I bought at release but haven't sat down to play yet.

Yeah, good games last night btw. Gurwurztraminer, too.
Did you mess with the damage ratio to get that one-hit KO mode, or what?

Yup, I set the damage ratio to 2.0. I like that it makes the matches move a lot faster.

Brawl still. I cleaned out all the Home Run contest challenges (get combined high scores of 10,000, 24,000, 30,000, and 37,500 ft, use everyone at least once, and beat 1,000, 1,200, and 1,500 feet)
Now i'll probably shift my focus to the Multi-Man Brawl challenges, lots of those left

A little Brawl, of course, and I might find time to pick up Corruption and Galaxy again (great games, but I have so little time!). And I went on a Virtual Console shopping spree yesterday and downloaded Donkey Kong Country, Castlevania, and Gunstar Heroes. Of the three, I had only ever played DKC before, but never beaten it (I rented it way back when I was a young'un). I think I made some good purchases. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm fighting K. Rool right now...

The only game I have "completed" in my collection is Twilight Princess. I own probably 15 games (with Mario Kart on pre-order). My wife said I have to beat AT LEAST one before I can get a new game. I'm on the last level of Super Paper Mario now, so I'll probably finish that tonight, and see if I can't binge this weekend and finish Metroid as well (and then maybe SMG after that).

I just got Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection and can't stop playing it. Takes me back to my local mall arcade in the '80s, minus the cigarette smoke and mullets. The wii controls work really well too.
HIGHLY recommended to anyone who like pinball. If you can find it, that is. I had to order mine online.

brawl hasn't left my wii once (well, temporarily, when it couldn't read the disc for some reason) since i got it, nor has it needed to. i've still got plenty to unlock and i've been enjoying brawling online with friends and strangers.
