what are the chances of getting bad news baseball on the vc? that was by far my favorite baseball game for the nes. i mean, who doesn't love getting called out by a pink bunny, or high-fiving mr. t after hitting a home run? seriously though, i want this game.

That's totally not a screenshot of Bases Loaded. A later game in the series maybe? It's not I. (Hey, you guys are so good, we need *something* to criticize!)

Good eye. I think it was the sequel Bases Loaded 2. Just as bad as the original but put the 'camera' behind the pitcher for the entire game.

That actually is an image from Bases Loaded. Perhaps the color is off or something?
And thanks for the kind words! We all appreciate it when our work is uh, well ... appreciated! :)

I've never played Yoshi's Cookie, and though I like puzzle games, I haven't cared for any NES ones thus far, so I dunno...
As for Bases Loaded, I don't like sports games, ESPECIALLY the NES ones...
In fact, NES games I enjoy are few are far between. Bring me some N64 games, or at least SNES!!!

Why can't we get one of the Ken Griffey Jr. games instead? I loved the ones on SNES and N64. Now I'd definitely put money down on those ones!

Don't count on that one coming, if at all because it has an actual roster back in the days. Deal with sports titles that have generic or made up teams.

If they did it they'd have to blank it out, like they did with Tecmo Bowl

Stay the heck away from Bases Loaded. Every single time I played the game I'd have a three run lead into the ninth inning, then with at least one out the computer would get a cheap couple hits, load up the bases and then the opposing pitcher would be at the plate and hit a home run. This game is infuriating. Not fun. Never was. And there are better games already on VC. This thing is a waste. Go right ahead and take out a five dollar bill and light it on fire for more fun. Let me know when Baseball Simulator 1.000 is coming. Now that is some baseball.

The image is from Bases Loaded 3.
And the game was amazing when I was younger. I remember discovering the glitch in the game that involved running back and forth between 1st & 2nd base or 2nd & 3rd base. After that the computer never stood a chance.
Brento doesn't know what he is talking about. I remember loving this game cause it used a behind the pitchers view point and the computer never cheated on me...with or without the glitch.
