I like all the random tags they threw at this post, several being unique to it.
As far as the picture goes, I thought it was pretty creative how they used the bulge and smear tools to make it look like it's moving...and then I clicked play...

Pretty neat until it blinks. The blink effect just stretches about 5 pixels of eyelid across the eyes and looks horrible. Nicely done other than that.
