We're impressed with Rising Star, who have been bringing a lot of niche games to Europe. The most recent one on the publisher's list is Baroque, which will be hitting the continent on June 27th. We're sure that Rising Star is hoping that the game will sell decently, but after seeing how it was received in Japan, the company might be a little worried. Of course, it can't do any worse than that ... can it?
In any case, we're sure that at least some of you folks in Europe will be glad to get the chance to play Sting's hardcore roguelike on your Wiis.

This game is excellent. I've bought it, and it's plays wonderfully. I was annoyed when reviewers complained about how hard New Blood was so I had to give this one a shot too. I don't consider myself biased towards Atlus. I just like trying out games that I think most people won't, so I can let people know if they're missing out. The atmosphere is engrossing, even if you're bored with rpg's, there's something here to be enjoyed.
You die, and all your stats, levels, equipment and items are gone. My 2nd time going down, I found a few items and then ran down as many levels as I could without fighting, then I got surrounded by a whole levels worth of monsters I wasn't tough enough to fight. Then I used a temporary invincibility and a temporary double xp item, and then blew the whole room up with some explosives. There are traps you can spring on enemies, the enemies attacks can hurt each other, the status effects are imaginative, I could go on forever. Once you get to where you are comfortable with the gameplay, you realize how deep and varied your options of how to proceed are.

charles is right the game is great, for any one out there who is not sure they want to pick it up, DO! The game has exciting gameplay and can range in difficulties. their appears to be alternet endings according to how you play the game and it has kept me loving it for hours already.
