The game is exclusive to Nintendo platforms and will feature 8 U.S. and 8 international teams. The title will also feature character customization options, although we're not sure if it's just cosmetic or something akin to actually building the stats of your players. We're hoping for the latter.
Little League World Series 2008 will be releasing on August 5th in North America. In the meanwhile, be sure to hit up our gallery below for some screens.

Sweet, this oughta distract me from the MLB 2K8 games that basically monopolize my baseball-gaming experience.

This has my nostalgia meter going off the charts. Little League Baseball for the NES is probably my favorite baseball game of all time. Hope this game can do it justice!

Little League Baseball for NES is also my favorite baseball game. That and Dusty Diamond's All-Star softball (which I guess is technically a softball game).
I was a fan of Activision back in the "River Raid" days on Atari 2600.
