Well now, we know our Friday Video feature is usually for the more, uh, let's say interesting videos out there on the net, but we just couldn't pass up this pile of videos from upcoming EA title Boom Blox. They all show off the content creator at work, as well as some fruits from the labor of creation. So hit up the video above, then head past the break for loads more.

Bleh, this is quite possibly the most ridiculously detailed game I have ever encountered. The objective of the game is to knock a structure made of blocks over so that all of the blocks fall flat. Huh, how could I ever find that not tedious and boring? Bah, give me another game which blends in Tetris Blast and Jenga that isn't so dull.

Perhaps I'm missing some crucial gameplay element here, but it looks like the player spends 5 minutes or more creating detailed block structures only to blow the whole thing to oblivion in the bat of an eye.
I don't get it.

Wow, you two must not have done much as children to not understand what's fun about destroying a structure you just finished building.

Every single time I see something about this game I just want to rip out my hair. I watched this video for about ten seconds and I was bored out of my skull. What is the deal with having the most boring music imaginable in a game that already looks just as boring? Perhaps I am answering my own question though.

Awesomely intriguing.
I know I'm one of the few here that's actually interested in the game for more than just the creator...
I like building-games. A lot.
And unlike what most Wii Fanboys would admit: I enjoyed MySims.
That shows how willing I am to try out building games. :P
The concept of this game isn't just building and destroying, the magic of the game is this: You can BUILD YOUR OWN GAME. You can think of outrageous designs to build an entirely new game with all its own rules and mechanics to play with friends. So I'm definitely picking this up.
