Right
on time, Nintendo has pulled the appropriate levers, flicked the necessary switches, and sent a whole world of WiiWare goodness down the pipes and into Europe and Australia. Here's what greeted this blogger on his local servers just now:
Expect reviews of
Dr. Mario and
Toki Tori in the very near future; in the meantime, let's hear what you've downloaded so far, PAL people!

Aah, the Dr. Mario Fanboys in the US have to hate this news! Everyone else in the world gets it first...but then again I know that Australia for sure gets the short end of the stick on most releases in terms of launch window. I say our EU and AU gamers deserve a little attention once in a while. (But then again, I don't plan to download Dr. Mario)

FF is rather expensive once you have added on all the DLC to. I'm gonna fall right into Squares trap and get it all though.

So far Dr Mario seems pretty good, but that's based purely off a 10 minute playtest before I had to bail to work at 7am.
Also picked up Lost Winds and Toki Tori, but those will have to wait until this evening for my thoughts and opinions.

I was up yesterday night and I got Lost Winds and the Dr. Mario Demo rightaway. Then I found out that the demo only works when one of your registered friends has the full game and started a server (so pretty much useless for singleplayer trial). I played Lost Winds for about 20 minutes and it was lots of fun and it looks gorgeous. I'm still pondering My Life as King but it's not really my type of game from what I've read so far and I don't want to spend 30€ on it. For that type of money I want a disc and a box. Looking forward to some great games on Wiiware.

I downloaded Dr Mario and Lost Winds, and will be getting Toki Tori later. Dr Mario is lots of fun, and online is good. Lost Winds is great.
