Atari has dished out some new screens from upcoming title Alone in the Dark. Most of the shots feature protagonist Edward Carnby navigating dark and spooky environments. We even get a glimpse of old Ed's car, as he speeds around the abandoned streets bordering Central Park. Personally, we like a good scare every now and then. What about you?
You can check out the new images in our gallery below.

Are these Wii screens? Some look like they are (37), but others can't be (8 and 13). It would be good to clarify what we're really looking at.

These are certainly Wii screens, and 8 is with out a doubt a Wii screen. http://www.nintendowiifanboy.com/photos/alone-in-the-dark/694723/

I'm calling shenanigans on pic 8 until proven otherwise. I'm sorry.

Siren: Compare the folds in the shirt and the fire in 8 and 18. I'm sorry to disappoint, but there is no way those are from the same platform version.

Some look like they were pre-rendered, and others look like concept art. Sad to say, but it's fairly obvious which ones are the actual Wii screens...

Definitely amazing Graphics for the Wii. I just hope the graphics are this good in the actual game, some of these look like Bull-shots and Concept art. This looks like it could be a great game.

C'mon people, use your noggins. Whichever of the screens are higher resolution than the Wii is capable of (i.e., 480 pixels) can't be shots of the game running off Wii hardware. And I'm talking about the "hi-res" versions of the screens, not the scaled down low-res versions.
1-6 are not, 7 is possible (though it doesn't even look like a flat background, not a render), 8 and 9 don't look like it (they come in at 948 x 548 pixels), 10 could be, 11 probably not, 12 probably not (also probably not a render), 13 no, 14 possibly, etc., etc.

Alex: It's not a matter that anyone can't figure out which is which (then again . . .), but just that it would be nice to separate the two. Hinkle does a great job, but it's just a request to see just what is the Wii and save our time of checking pixel size and such for each one.
'cause I am supposed to be working this day job, as much fun as writing and executing test cases are.

Agreed. I have a job, too. I was just responding to the people (or person) stating unequivocally that these were Wii screens.
