We had cosplaying on the brain recently, and we figured we'd divert from the usual gaming-oriented morning topic to ask if you're a fan of the practice or one that participates in it? Enjoy it? Have any pictures (unless you're this person, in which case we ask you keep them to yourself) you want to share? Tried it once and didn't care for it? Of the mind these people are loons? Tell us what you think!

Do I freaking ever. My Nintendo regimen mostly consists of the Pokefaggotry of Mewtwo and Blaziken, plus The Rub Rabbits and an old WindWaker Link outfit.
I'm currently making Ike (with quite the kickass sword) and then white-variant Lucario from Brawl.

When I was little, I had one of those cheapo Pac-Man halloween costumes that was basically a mask and a giant plastic bag for the body. That counts, right?

Me and a friend cosplayed the Ice Climbers at a convention recently. We've been to the same convention four times; the first one was exciting because it was new, the next two were boring, and when we finally cosplayed it was a lot more fun. So yeah, cosplay's enjoyable; although a lot of people are really, really bad, to be blunt.

I'll pass on posting pictures unless anybody actually wants to see them. XD

I'd like to see the pictures, if you don't mind, of course. Thanks. :) I wish I could go to a convention. I don't think my parents are willing to let me go to Berkshire just for a video game convention, and I don't think there's going to be any in the North West any time soon.

I cosplayed twice both for the Smash Bros Brawl launch. A mask that
represents Meta Knight's whole body and I dressed my puppet up as
Olimar complete with two Pikmin in a backpack! Pictures soon!

I wore Beat from Jet Set Radio a few times.
I have plans to be Marth to go with Oshi's Ike up there, but I feel that's a bit out of my league. I'll start with Quote (Cave Story) first.
I've got future plans of Canas (Fire Emblem 7), and Isaac (Golden Sun), too.

Well, they're not game related costumes, but when I was getting my Senior photo done for the school year book, I had the guy these as well. Now keep in mind this was back in 2005 when I was 18, AND I'm a very VERY late bloomer (don't ask. I have a condition. I don't want to talk about it. I said don't fucking ASK, dammit!) Um.... Anyway. Oh. And just a little side note aboot that first one: I actually feel worse about that in light of certain recent movie offerings featuring that character. ....Sooooo terrible.
