You've had several years to complain about the missed potential for immersive applications with a Wii Remote supporting true 1:1 response; now that Nintendo has announced the Wii MotionPlus accessory, enabling games to track your movements faster and more accurately, we want to know which game series you feel would benefit the most from the new technology
Are you hoping for the most obvious pick -- compelling lightsaber duels in a Star Wars game? Or are you looking for Wii Sports 2 with support for more subtle movements? If you don't see your preferred series in our list of poll choices, make sure to leave a comment and let us know what game you think needs Wii MotionPlus!

I second this, I remember re-doing motions 5-6 times before they would respond, it was annoying in a boss fight.

I don't know...but when I saw this, the first thought was Zelda. Don't know why. But it would be awesome (especially for people who actually know what they are doing with a sword!) and would open up WAY more opportunities.

As soon as I read that it's going to allow 1:1 motion interpretation, I also thought of Zelda right away.
This should be interesting...

How about Castlevania Judgement? This may make for accurate enough boxing/fighting game motion controls. I'm interested in seeing just how much better this works than the Wiimote alone and how they release it into the world and pricing.

Tiger Woods golf. Though unfortunately this is probably out too late to further improve this year's version.

First thing I thought of was Light Sabers in Star Wars.
I do think it would be good for Pilotwings too.

I think the premier MotionPlus game tomorrow will be Punch Out!!!
There have been rumors of a new Punch Out! game for a while and to quote the press release, it states "Every slight movement players make with their wrist or arm is rendered identically in real time on the screen...."
Sounds like boxing is a perfect fit!

Motionplus, a tad late really. We've already had some good tries at games all be ruined by the fact we all thought this was included in the box.
Oh well, better late than never as they say.
Me, Im hoping for that online Knights First Person Slasher that was talked about a year or so back.
Games like Kid Icarus would probly benifit too.
Though Punch out, not so much as your required to have two hands no doubt and the added motion could only support the first unit and not a nunchuck.
Though it could probly help smoothing out the two devices but I doubt it. It would have had to be planned a long time ago.
This seems new however.
Last E3 was all about the extra piece of plastic known as the Wii wheel.
I wont be convinced until I see it in action, or better yet on hand.
Though I'll enjoy playing with it in glovepie.
Im just hopping the price is set right.
Though other games like baseball and maybe something with a robotic arm would benifit from this aswell.
I wouldnt be surprised if Mario Super Sluggers implemented it as its main feature to add more control to the batting swings instead of glorified virtual button presses.
well, cant wait to see all the sword swinging games get a sequel to see it all done right.
Just hope it doesnt hurt my poor almost empty wallet.

A punchout game controlled by a wiimote in each hand would be nice.. with balance board suport optional.

I didn't realize swinging a sword or punching required phenomenal accuracy.
Golf... that makes more sense.

I'm most curious to see how much this thing costs, and if Nintendo is going to be providing more free rubber grips that fit the longer wiimote (like in the picture). Also will I sill be able to use the wireless Nyko Kama I just bought with this attached?
Would this plug into the bottom of the Nyko Perfect Shot and then the nunchuck plug into it?

I really hope there'll be a patch for Twilight Princess making 1:1 available. Imagine slowly thrusting your sword into an enemy :D AWESOME!
