To say that Guitar Hero: World Tour has a lot of content is now an understatement. The game is so ridiculously full of goodies, fans are likely going to explogasm when they watch the video above. It goes into incredible detail, showing off the music creation fun you can have in Activision's latest installment in its popular franchise. Whether you're mixing drum loops for your tracks or turning your guitar into a keyboard (could this confirm a keyboard peripheral is inbound?), it looks like you won't be bored with Guitar Hero: World Tour anytime soon after its release.
There's been a lot of Guitar Hero news lately. Like the confirmation that Miis will be included in the Wii game (as well as an explanation of how they'll be incorporated). Also, don't forget to check out which tracks have been confirmed for the game so far!

Please let them do some kind of save/export so I can use the "jams" in other forms/programs.

That does it; I'm walking out the door to preorder it now.
Just brainstorming about the RB/GH instrument compatibility issues that seem to be solved for the other platforms but not for us -- people who know more about the tech than I do tell me if this is unrealistic:
Build a dongle that receives the Bluetooth signals from the Wiimotes connected to GHWT peripherals, translates those into RB(2) signals and passes them to the Wii through the USB, same as the native RB dongle does. Would that be a) doable b) legal c) cheaply mass-producible?

Music creation is well done. Being able to change the scale (tune each string) is huge.

I don't mind what the extras come out like, so long as you can use a single drumpad for Cowbell Hero, I'll be happy!!
(And they'd better well put that mode in, somewhere!!!)

I really hope there's a way you can export an audio file version of the songs you make. I could totally write whole projects on this thing and them export them and tweak them a little bit on the computer and I'd be done.

or you could add vocals of something similar, so people who have no musical talent(me) can make their own music

How much is this going to be? Electronic Drumkits are really expensive, and with the drum kit controller and the preset sounds and stuff, I think this could replace them in some cases. Probably also good for practicing quietly.
Guitar though... Not as realistic. But it's a start.
