Looks like i'll be getting Mega Man 2, I got Mega Man(the week it came out)(1800 - 500 = 1300) and then SMRPG(last monday)(1300 - 800 = 500). That left my point total at exactly 500 points. xD

I havn't experienced any flicker yet during MM2(only been to Heat Man's stage though), but if it's anything like MM, it'll have flicker.

To break up the Mega Man only commenting, Star Wars: Force Unleashed is a blast. Played it all weekend and was hard to put down. Character starts with tons of moves, combos, and force powers and you continue to gain more and upgrade them with a very light RPG system. The action is non-stop and there are a ton of objects to toss around. Not sure how long the game is, but so far I highly recommend it.
