Namco's Prop Cycle pairs a stationary bike with a bizarre game about ... a flying bike. Just like a real human-powered flying bicycle, you have to pedal quite vigorously to keep airborne. You'll break a sweat before your round is up, easily.

You may be able to find one of these if you spend enough time browsing Namco's arcade game sales page or eBay. You'd be a lot more likely to find a used machine than an arcade these days, it seems.
