The next Zelda
The list of announcements already all-but-confirmed continues with the next Zelda. It's been mentioned, along with the team that's working on it. All that's left is for Nintendo to make things official.
Why it's likely: Nintendo needs some strong announcements right now, considering the end of the year looks a little empty. We're going to get them, too -- starting with this.
Why we might not see it: IT'S A SECRET TO EVERYBODY.
Prediction: The only real question is: Wii, DS, or both?

I really hope its Twilight Princess 2. It doesn't necessarily have to be called that, but I at least want it to be a direct sequel to TP. It would also be neat to end the game with Hyrule flooding, leading in the the beginning of Wind Waker, since TP is set before the events of WW...

I really hope the next Zelda is Twilight Princess 2. It doesn't necessarily need to be called that, but I at least want it to be a direct sequel to TP. Twilight Princess was an amazing game which not only gave us a non-cel-shaded Link, but also gave us the darker tone in a Zelda game that we've all been looking for, not only that, but great gameplay, graphics, music, and the ball and chain. It would be neat to end TP2 with the flooding of Hyrule, which would lead into the begging of Wind Waker.....
