If you came down with a terrible illness and needed immediate medical assistance, and perchance this Italian guy with an unkempt mustache were the only person in the vicinity who at least appeared to be a PhD, would you put your life on the line? Really? Yeah, neither would we. Just because he looks semi-convicing with his stethoscope and hospital attire, does that mean he can make a life-saving diagnosis? And does he think throwing pills at patients is just going to zap their maladies away? But yeah, fun game.
