Nintendo Wii Fanboy

Great idea! I was looking today to see if such a thing exsisted for my handicapped daughter. Can't tell alot about it, we are new wii owners but I can see where there is going to be a problem, she can use one hand. Could you let us know how to do this, or buy it from you possibly? THanks,
