Online play and DLC in Rock Band

We were all happy to hear the news that Rock Band would be making its way to Wii. This news was somewhat tainted, however, by the revelation that the game would more closely resemble the PS2 version of the game. We all want the features of Rock Band that other consoles enjoy, so kidding around when it comes to news of this game isn't taken lightly.
