How well do you know your Zelda grass? [update]

So, you think you're a hardcore gamer? Maybe you are. But, how well do you know your grass samples?

These posters, which are being sold at a Viennese store called Subotron for €12 ($19 USD) each, will really put you to the test. To help you out a bit, there are two samples from The Legend of Zelda and Zelda II: The Adventure of Link The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, while the other four are from Terranigma, Illusion of Gaia, Seiken Densetsu 2 (Secret of Mana), and Seiken Densetsu 3 (Secret of Mana 2). All the games without the word "Zelda" in them were published by either Squaresoft or Enix, which is why we haven't gotten them (and might never get them) on the Virtual Console.

See if you can figure out what game each sample belongs to (despite the poor resolution). Don't worry if you can't discern which is which, though -- we've posted the answers after the break.

Assassin's Creed where?

This has to be the shoddiest game poster ever -- it's just packed with incorrect info. Sure, there's a DS version of Assassin's Creed coming, eventually, but is it out now? No. But what's worse, as well as being a horrible, horrible tease, is that the poster also declares a Wii version. We're sure that Ubisoft is as surprised as we are, since the Wii is ... what was it? Oh, yes, only for casual games, regardless of those hours you've put into games like Metroid Prime 3 and Super Mario Galaxy, and the future hours you'll pour into games like No More Heroes.

But who knows -- maybe this is a portent of things to come. We'll keep our ears to the ground just in case someone decides to attempt to port Assassin's Creed over. After all, we need more ports.

Take the Wii pill

Hot.
Talk about a Revolution. Though difficult to see, the bottom of the poster features Iwata, Reggie, and Perrin Kaplan walking in badass black trenchcoats. If Iwata is Neo, though, where's Shiggy? And is Ken Kutaragi the "architect"? Nah. That guy couldn't make a square out of toothpicks.

[Thanks, Spex!]
